Location is good but very noisy in the night. The apartment looks pretty new and clean. But one room with a king size be Positive: The location is convenient, but the cleanliness was unacceptable(only one room with a king size bed). We found bed bugs and got multiple bites, which was very uncomfortable, especially for the kids. The host only apologized with no solution. This really needs improvement. Negative: The third floor, on the right side,one room with the king size bed . We found bed bugs hiding in the seams of the upholstered headboard with dark gray color. Check carefully before check in.

Room was clean. Outside was cluttered debris,a dirty diaper, and dirty socks. Strange. The inside door was locked so it took us over an hour to get in with VRBO remote help. I had paid an extra 20 for an hour later check out, but didn’t get in until an hour after check in. So please refund my 20.

Nice there is a garage to keep your car secure - property and also a great location to cheap uber just about anywhere in the city. The property is comfortable for short term and extended stay definitely stay there again.

We discovered bed bugs a couple of days into our stay. The management company resolution was an offer to send the cleaning crew. A cleaning will not eliminate bed bugs and the property needs to be professionally treated by an exterminator. We left immediately. Bugs aside, the property is as described. It is located next to a Trax metro stop and the train can be heard running early in the morning.

Location is convenient. Be aware that one of the beds listed is an air mattress, and one is a sofa (not a sofa bed, just a sofa). Also, when we were there the smoke detector in our room had been pulled out of the wall and was non-functional. The deal breaker for us was the bedbugs. We reached out via the VRBO app more than once and did not get any reply. I then tried texting the number they'd left and management took a long time to respond to that. We did not stay our second night and had to scramble to find accommodations. The only solution/help offered by management was to not charge us for the second night. Hopefully the pest problem has been resolved. The location was not bad and (with a working smoke detector, no bedbugs) would have been fine for 5 or 6 people.
