To begin with, check in was a hassle. We finally got in only to find that the studio does not sleep 3 people as mentioned. At 9 pm we then had to cancel our booking and look for another place. The host was well aware we’re booking for 3 and mentioned nothing about the sofa bed missing. Very disappointing.

Overall it was an ok stay. Some issues arised but the host was very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again.

Negative: Bett durchgelesen. Der verwendete Name Dt Studio Gym... ist falsch. Das Appartment befindet sich im Appartmenthaus Lattice, das in irgendeiner der gefühlten 20 Mails auftaucht. Anbieter telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Die Managerin der Anlage konnte mit dem Namen auch nichts anfangen. Ca. 1 Stunde das Appartment gesucht. Um das Gebäude gibt es auch noch einen Bauzaun, der die Anfahrt erschwert.

Central location was great, however homeless walked the streets and parking lot often. My stay was 3 nights and it took me asking each evening for a washcloth before getting a dish towel delivered to me on the third night to shower with. The unit was equipped with the basics. One spoon, one fork and one butter knife, a wine bottle opener- but not a can opener. Dish soap, but no dish cloths or dish towel (other than the one delivered to clean myself with). Under the furniture was absolutely filthy but the surface areas clean. Commons areas are nice and well cleaned. Overall a decent stay, with a lot of neglect (just like the former hotel it was).

Exceptional stay - will be coming back! Positive: This room has so much more to offer than any hotel room, and for such a great price. I cannot recommend it enough. The hosts' communication was clear and professional throughout. And the view is gorgeous from the balcony. Finally, one can easily access the building from SLC airport using the Green Trax line, and downtown is very accessible either on foot or using the Trax. Negative: I cannot think of anything.
