Broken bed, very wobbly chairs, terrible smell in the building, no bedding for the air mattress, charged extra for parking after it was originally listed as being included… 3 stars is being generous. This is a great place if the only thing you’re interested in is convenience to downtown.

Overall I wasn’t at all impressed by this stay.The apartment was truly quite grimy. Under the bed and couch (visible from any angle of the room) was incredibly filthy and even had a piece of flooring out of place. All the utensils, containers and surfaces in the kitchen were sticky or slimy and covered in finger prints. The bathroom had staining on the wall next to the toilet, I’m sure you could connect the dots as to what that is. The toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall which I addressed with the host.The location was fine, I personally was not too comfortable with waking around the area at night but was mostly fine during the day. It’s convenient how close it is to a TRAX station and the coffee shop across the road. WiFi wasn’t so reliable so be aware if you are planning to stay during a work trip. I also must warn that here may be something evil going on with the washer/dryer. This could absolutely be due to user error but it would not release the door lock on multiple occasions, I had to “trick it” into releasing.Check in and out was quite easy and straight forward.Casey was very responsive which I appreciate but it was very confusing with some messages being signed off with “Mariah & Hallie”.If the cleaning issue could be remedied I believe this would be a nice place to stay but based off the reviews it looks like an ongoing issue.
