It was something else to pull back the covers and have dirty soiled spotted sheets. Then to have dirty silverware and a hair in the silverware drawer in addition to overall general poor cleaning. It would have been nice also to know in the general description that the room was close to a train station to hear late and early. It was to the point where we left a night early and surrendered the last night, even after contacting the host there was no compensation, seemed like there should have been something.

Great stay and beautiful views. Host was very responsive. My only complaints.... Well my girlfriends complaints is they didn't have any washcloths. I always bring my own so that was not a complaint for me however my complaint was that it was extra for being able to park in the parking lot. Overall it was clean and a nice place to stay I would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Great location and a well designed building with well appointed gym. The unit I rented could not be entered because host gave me wrong access code, dirty laundry left on the floor, was poorly maintained, dirty, no top sheet on bed, comforter was stained and unwashed, long dark hair throughout bathroom, TV was broken, internet cut out after first night, coffee maker is gross inside and no washcloth for a mismatched towel set.

This property was disappointing: the listing is inaccurate. Nothing irks me like dishonesty, and it's rough to start a stay with sleeping set-up that does not match the listing. The property was listed as a studio that could sleep three with two beds. The fine print in the listing noted one queen bed and one sofa bed. (I even went back to double check and confirm I hadn't missed something!). Upon arrival it became clear that the "sofa bed" was just a small couch -- not long enough for me or my 13-year old to stretch out on, and it did not pull-out into a sofa bed. I reached out to the listing contact to confirm that I wasn't missing something related to the pull out mechanism; they confirmed that it is a couch not a sofa bed/pull out bed. They said "Sorry if we are unable to meet your expectations" -- which is a fascinating response given the LISTING sets the expectations. They suggested I look for the air mattress on the shelving unit. . .not a satisfactory response in my book. Wifi did not work upon arrival; they were able to route us to a different guest network. The fire alarm in the unit had been removed. While the listing notes parking, beware you will have to pay for it. I received a message 1-2 days ahead noting a daily parking fee that I would have to pay directly to the VRBO owners. The location is nice. The building is nice. The 13th floor space including gym and co-working space is excellent.
