Overall great stay especially for the price! Positive: Really great location and all necessities present. Negative: Definitely due for a deeper clean. Lower part of shower has lots of soap residue and shower floor has odd spotting/staining/scratches. Black scuffing and spots on walls in some places, stains on curtains, and air mattress just placed in closet without any covering (we didn’t use but I imagine that’s not ideal for some).

Great location, can walk to a lot of nearby restaurants and bars.

This is an excellent location for all things SLC! Truly 15 mins or less to everything. The units are clean and well cared for.I especially like the access to a well-appointed fitness facility.During my four night stay, I was unexpectantly admitted to the hospital following a brief visit to the ER. The hostess was super accommodating and understanding given I was in the hospital when my reservation timed out. I have no family in the area and was at the mercy of a good-hearted cleaning person who packed all my things, took care of my groceries and cleaned the unit. She then placed my bags in secured storage and met me same-day upon discharge.I just cannot write enough positive comments regarding the host and her cleaning staff. I was in serious health trouble and they were so helpful - I will never forget the kindness they showed me. Thank you.

We would stay again but floors and windows needed washing and definitely needs more towels provided.

La estancia super bien Positive: La estadía excelente. Buena ubicacion
