After you have booked this VRBO and paid for it they will send you an additional contract that you have to agree with or you don't get your money back. That contract includes that you have to take photos of the property before you start your stay or they can charge you for any damages. At a rate they decide. I would ask for the contract up front. It's also a lot of paperwork and liability for a one-night stay. For the same price and way less paperwork, hassle and liability I would definitely get a hotel room. Within 30 minutes of getting the contract I told the host I was not comfortable with it. They did not give me my money back.
