Ideal place to stay in downtown SLC with easy access to hiking and ski resorts. Place was very nice and comfortable with a full kitchen, big bathroom and comfortable king bed. Amenities in the building are terrific, especially the rooftop pool/big screen tv, hot tub, workout room, pickleball courts and sauna! There’s even a grocery store in the building. I will definitely rent again!

Amazing experience! Positive: Excellent apartment! The structure is amazing, with every detail carefully thought out to ensure comfort and convenience. Great location, with a supermarket inside the condominium, plus access to a gym, pool, and parking - $10 per day - (including an external spot – don’t underestimate the risk of getting towed!). The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom has everything you need, there’s a washer and dryer, and the smart TV comes with all the modern apps like Netflix, Apple TV, and Amazon Prime. The only downside, in my experience, was a fixed opening in the ceiling designed to let natural light in. It can’t be closed or covered, and while it’s an energy-efficient idea, it lets in a significant amount of light early in the morning. This can be uncomfortable for anyone who needs darkness to sleep well or prefers to sleep in a bit longer.
