The staff is very bad. I do not recommend this place for accommodation. Negative: After staying in these apartments and using the bath and swimming pool in this building, I developed very strange spots on my body, skin irritation, and folliculitis. My car was also towed away, even though the parking was paid for and the owners knew my car's details. They have a collusion with the towing company; the parking was paid for 5 days, the parking permit was in the car, I was assigned a parking space, but my car was still towed away, and even with the parking ticket, I was forced to pay $383.

Overall the apartment was as advertised. Very neat, clean and minimally appointed. The facilities (pool, gym, yoga area, etc) were great too. Three things detracted from the positives. First, the ppl in the apartment above clopped around like horses from 6pm-midnight. Second, the AC blows cold air but the air handler was so close to the unit, that you couldn't hear the TV when the AC came on.And finally, one evening a guy was yelling loudly in the complex and you heard a woman crying out in pain. We couldn't figure out where it was coming from and eventually called the security office, only to be told that the security firm no longer covered the apartment. It isn't a good apartment for a light sleeper.rh

Great location and apartment setup, could do better with these details Positive: Stayed for General Conference, great distance from Temple Square and right next to train. Hubby and I used the Lime scooters to get to conference and spontaneously hopped on the train to visit Provo, it was perfect. Loved that the room was an apartment and that there was a marketplace conveniently right below — we had our own stove, oven, cooking supplies, microwave and full size fridge and freezer which made it possible to have affordable breakfasts and dinners without needing to eat out and spend all the time, especially when Sunday rolls around. Also a plus that there was a washer and dryer with pods available so we could do a wash before checking out. Check-in process was confusing but nothing the front desk couldn’t help with. The YouTube short instructional video they send beforehand for finding the room was creative, but a video for how to find the Lockbox would’ve been really helpful since that was the most confusing part. The facility itself was impressive with a rooftop pool and gym, along with a game room in the first floor with the golf simulator and pool tables. My hubby and I had a fun time exploring. While it was a good stay and you can’t go wrong with conference, there were a few things that made the experience less than 5 stars. The first was the smell of the hallway and room. The air freshener they use for the hallway was a really strong perfume kind of smell that was suffocating and the room itself smelled like old carpet. Every time we walked out of the room we winced because of how strong the smell was. The second thing was the temperature of the room (and hallways). The room got warm and stuffy fast and we couldn’t find a thermostat to change it. It wasn’t too warm for us to reach out but it was enough to make it uncomfortable. The third thing was that the shower drain was clogged so each of our showers flooded the bath and we ended up standing in a pool each time which felt gross. The last thing was the room toiletries.
