Downtown 2br 1bath with Paid Parking

Affordable, comfortable, convenient, and clean location that was very easy to use. Positive: Convenient, clean, comfortable, easy to use property and included secure parking. Hosts were extremely helpful and very responsive. Really appreciated the air conditioning. Appreciated the quick and responsive service from the hosts. Negative: Would have appreciated ice trays. Codes that were sent in advance did not work and had to call booking.com for assistance. Beds were a little large for the rooms. There was vehicle window glass on sidewalks in front of property indicating security problem for cars on the street.

Very affordable, but too many issues. Positive: Location, Affordable Negative: Not clean, not vacuumed, bed sheets smell, not comfortable mattress, no extra sheets,or blankets. Gate/door code issues. One of the nights we parked on the street because gate code was not working

Need to install smoke/CO detectors, then it would be great. Positive: Good location, very good price, clean. Nice to have coffee, washer/dryer worked well, comfortable temperature. I really liked it for those aspects Negative: Could use more pots and pans, shower does not drain well. But all those are very very tolerable. I felt morally obligated to downgrade my score because THERE WERE NO SMOKE DETECTORS INSTALLED and they didn’t fix it after I reported it. The building is newly remodeled and is hardwired for smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. I informed the owner within 10 minutes of checking in that there were no smoke detectors. They seemed confused and said they would have Maintenance come. Maintenance as far as I am aware never came and no one ever followed up with me after that. Nothing was installed. Photos are from morning I left. This is an easy and cheap fix. It is also against the law not to have smoke detectors installed, and it also opens up the owners and potentially the building, etc. to a HUGE liability if something happens and there are injuries. Therefore, I strongly recommend for them to install the smoke detectors. I am happy to amend my review if that happens.

Great place to stay for the night! Positive: The hosts were responsive. clean and comfortable. Close to airport. Negative: Nothing.

Had a great stay, very homely and perfect for a group of 4 to 5 Positive: Easy and clear instructions for checkin with videos, well stocked kitchen with all supplies needed to cook, in room laundry. Negative: You have to drive everywhere but at the price point it’s great value for money.
