Excellent property Positive: Very clean and convenient to the hospital. It was nicely organized and had everything you need to stay and support someone in the hospital Negative: Confusing code on the parking gate. Says enter 4 digit code but you have to also enter # code which is 5 digits. # is not availablle in keyboard Lightbulb missing in bedside lamp, and could use a table lamp in the living room.

Space was cute but not clean. Positive: Location Negative: Building is dirty and you could tell it’s not thoroughly cleaned after each guest. I’ve stayed at air b n b’s before and all of my guests did not have to do a verification submission. It was a bit much.

Beautiful facility in an amazing location for downtown events! Positive: Location was great. Facility was great. Negative: I had to upload my pic and driver's license twice. Also, based on my GPS, it had me turn into a parking lot in front of the building, and I could not find the gate that was needed for entrance into the parking lot specifically for renters. I just parked in front, put the permit on my dash, and did not have any trouble with that. I would recommend a little more information about this. That was my only difficulty, and it didn't inconvenience me necessarily, but I was a little worried I might get towed!

Discriminated Against Widow - Forced to Sleep in Carp2o Positive: Nothing. The host claimed to cancel the reservation but didn't follow through, causing me to sleep in my car the night my husband passed away. I'm appalled by how I was treated by both Booking.com and the host Negative: Host sent cancellation message at 8:22am citing 'maintenance issue' but kept my booking active in the system. When I asked for clarification, they ignored me and sent sales pitches instead. Later claimed to Booking.com there was a 'background issue' (false - I completed all verifications). Booking.com's agent promised full accommodation coverage due to my hardships, then backed out and offered only $12.60 reimbursement. I was forced to sleep in my car on the night I needed to tell my children their father had died. The host discriminated against me after I mentioned financial hardship following my husband's death. Absolutely disgraceful treatment during the worst time of my life.
