Nice but dirty Positive: The space was nice and location was not bad overall. The decor was very soothing Negative: The cleanliness of it is place was not up to standard . The second bedroom didn’t not proper sheets on the bed only a top sheet that was not clean it had hair and debris in it.The second bathroom vent was filled with dust and not fully attached. The dryer vent was full of lint and dirt and the washer had a smell so bad coming out of it that I had to do two clean rises before doing any laundry. The towels were rough and way too small to fit around a normal sized person’s body and one cabinet in the kitchen is hanging funny. The train running all night was an inconvenience while staying in the master bedroom it came every other and on the last two night every 30 minutes. The thermostat was very difficult to regulate so we were either too hot or too cold. There was not gate opener so we had to get out of the car every time we left or came to get the car in or out. Overall I would not stay there again even with the price being so good the small inconveniences made it impossible to full enjoy the space.

This was a very comfortable place. It was convenient to a lot of places. Positive: It was very clean and comfortable. Negative: The train noise. The towels could’ve been upgraded a little.

Disappointing Positive: The building and parking lot felt secure which is good because it was an area high in property crime. Negative: There was a closet in the bathroom containing a water heater. There was a foul odor coming from that room that reeked of wet mold and other things. It was nasty. My wife is allergic to wet mold and this felt like a health hazard. It was the kind of room that was not cozy (despite the marketing), but made one want to spend as little time there as possible.

Positive: Cozy, good location, easy access and quick responses from the hosts
